Airport & Time-Critical Trips
- Please allow sufficient time for traffic, pickup, and airport formalities. We are not responsible for missed flights due to factors beyond our control.
- Airport pickups may include additional waiting or parking charges where applicable.
Fares, Tolls & Extras
- Fares may be fixed or metered depending on the booking. Tolls, parking, and surcharges will be added where required.
- Extra charges may apply for late-night trips, public holidays, multiple stops, cleaning, or excess luggage.
- Gratuities are optional and left to the passenger’s discretion.
Waiting Time & No-Show
- A grace period may be offered at pickup. After that, waiting time may be charged per minute.
- A no-show is recorded if the passenger is unavailable after the grace period. Charges up to the full Fare may apply.
Cancellations & Changes
- Bookings can be modified or cancelled via phone or email.
- Cancellation policies vary depending on service type; late cancellations may incur fees up to the quoted Fare.
- Immediate bookings may attract full charges once a driver has been assigned.
Payment
- We accept standard payment methods as advised during booking or by the driver.
- Card fees and applicable government charges may apply.
- Approved accounts must be settled by the invoice due date; overdue payments may incur additional fees.
Passenger Conduct & Safety
- Seat belts must be worn at all times. Child restraints should be requested in advance and are subject to availability.
- Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside vehicles.
- Drivers may refuse service if safety concerns arise or in cases of inappropriate behaviour.
Luggage & Personal Items
- Luggage must fit safely within the selected vehicle. Inform us in advance about large or extra items.
- Passengers are responsible for their belongings. We are not liable for lost or damaged items unless required by law.
Pets & Assistance Animals
- Assistance animals are accepted in accordance with legal requirements.
- Other pets may be allowed at our discretion and must be properly secured. Cleaning fees may apply.
